Connects to the tools you already run

Bound book stays with FastBound. Armory does not replace A&D.

The daily grind

Selling online should not mean living in five tabs.

A gun hits the rack. Someone updates a spreadsheet. Someone else builds the GunBroker listing, then copies it to GunsInternational. Photos live in a phone gallery. Serials are somewhere in a folder.

When it sells, you print a UPS label from another site, chase the buyer email in Gmail, and hope the second marketplace listing got pulled before another bid lands.

That is not a process. That is a full-time job on top of the shop floor.

One workspace

Armory is the cloud desk for your online selling operation.

Inventory in, listings out to your own GunBroker and GunsInternational accounts, orders with UPS labels, and marketplace buyer questions in one mailbox — so staff spend time selling, not re-keying.

  • Same item record from rack status through listing and sale
  • Auction-aware listing so you are not double-sold across channels
  • Compliance-aware by design: FastBound keeps the bound book

Capabilities

What your team runs every day

Four jobs. One product. Built for how FFL shops actually sell online.

01

Inventory that matches the floor

Import from Excel, attach photos, set status, and keep serials vaulted. Staff see what is on the rack without a clipboard or shared spreadsheet.

02

List once to GunBroker and GunsInternational

One job writes to your own marketplace accounts. Relist revises live ads in place. Auctions delist the other channel first so you are not selling the same gun twice.

03

Orders and UPS labels

Sales become orders. Print UPS labels from the order screen. Status stays Ordered until someone marks Shipped — labels alone do not close the job.

04

Marketplace mailbox with AI triage

Buyer questions from GunBroker and GunsInternational land in one inbox. AI summaries help staff decide what needs a reply today vs what can wait.

How it works

From waitlist to running the floor

Private early access. Personal demos. Public subscription later.

  1. 01

    Get on the waitlist

Tell us your shop email. We confirm early access and send demo details when a slot opens.

  2. 02

    Walk the product on Zoom

We show inventory, listing, orders, and mailbox on a test account — your workflows, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Early access when ready

Connect your marketplaces and start running day-to-day selling from Armory before public subscription opens.

Why join the waitlist now

Armory is in private early access. Waitlist shops get first notice when seats open, plus the option of a personal Zoom demo on a test account — so you can see the real screens before any public subscription launch.

Questions shops ask

Straight answers on compliance, pricing, and who Armory is for.

Does Armory replace my bound book?

No. FastBound remains the bound book. Armory is the cloud workspace for inventory, listings, orders, shipping, and marketplace mail — not A&D compliance records.

Who is Armory for?

Gun shops, FFLs, and online firearms sellers who already list on GunBroker and/or GunsInternational and are tired of juggling spreadsheets, browser tabs, and separate inboxes.

How do listings work with GunBroker and GunsInternational?

Armory posts and revises listings on your own marketplace accounts. There is no marketplace cut from Armory. Auction flow is built to avoid double sales across channels.

Is my data secure?

Armory is cloud-hosted with access limited to your shop users. Serials stay vaulted in inventory. Marketplace mail uses your connected Gmail accounts with restricted scopes.

What does it cost?

Public monthly subscription pricing comes later. Right now we are inviting shops onto a private waitlist and offering personal Zoom demos on a test account at no charge.

What is a Zoom demo?

A live walkthrough on a test account covering inventory import, listing to both channels, an order with a UPS label, and mailbox triage. Usually under an hour. No commitment.
